Niobium-Doped SrTiO3 Crystal

Nb doped SrTiO3 single crystal has similar structure to pure SrTiO3, but become electric conductivity. Nb: SrTiO3 resistivity varies from 0.1 – 0.001 W-cm with Nb doping 0.01 ~ 0.001 wt %. The conductive single crystal substrates provide an electrode for certain thin film and device applications.
